At St John’s we are rightly proud of our lovely church building which has served the needs of the congregation and local community since 1939.
We are grateful to God for His provision over the years, and to the people who have worshipped at, and given so much to, St John’s in successive generations.
Now the responsibility rests with us to ensure St John’s continues to be a church reaching those around us as we move forward into the 21st century.
After prayer, extensive consultation and the unanimous agreement of the PCC, we believe we should make changes to our church building to enhance our worship and welcome now and to ensure those in Junior Church and Footsteps have a church to come to in the future.
